Holiday Mini Session | Terms & Conditions

・ Payment must be received within 30 minutes of scheduling
your session. After 30 mins, your time slot will be RELEASED. 
Once payment is received, you are booked and secured
for your date & time slot and an email confirmation will be sent from Kimmie Nguyen with more details.

・ Payment may be made via Zelle or Venmo with the full amount to @kimmienguyen. Please make sure to include your date & time slot in your payment notes. 

・ Mini Sessions are non-refundable due to limited availability, 
but may be transferable if rescheduled within 24 hours.

・ Please arrive 10 mins before your time slot as sessions
are scheduled back to back and there will be no
flexibility to extend your session beyond the booked
time slot if there is a late arrival.

・ Turn around time for mini session images will be 7-14 days from session date.
